District 10 research update — 30 October 2026: In Profile Daily reported on 23 October that the Supreme Court had reserved its ruling in the dispute involving Yekeh Kolubah and the House. This directory’s vacancy label reflects the reported House action; it does not establish a final resolution of the legal dispute. A final court outcome has not been verified here.

Review note — 30 October 2026: Regular House terms are six years; a by-election winner serves only the remainder of the vacant seat’s term (Constitution, Article 48). Party labels reflect the cited records and may differ from later affiliations; this review does not certify every member’s current party membership.
The core roster was compiled from National Elections Commission results and 55th Legislature records. Current official member-list access was incomplete during this review, so the complete roster has not been newly certified. By-election changes are supported by NEC certification records and the January 2026 United Nations Human Rights Office report on the Nimba elections. The Montserrado District 10 status is based on the April 2026 House action reported by the Liberia News Agency.
