Public service and elections

• Elected senator for Bong County in 2005 and re-elected in the 2014 Special Senatorial Election.
• Elected vice president in 2017 as George Weah’s running mate on the Coalition for Democratic Change ticket.
• Contested for re-election on the CDC ticket in 2023.

She served constitutionally as President of the Liberian Senate while vice president.
