President Joseph Nyuma Boakai nominated Foley Kiatamba as Superintendent of Grand Cape Mount County in 2024.

The superintendent coordinates county administration and works with district, city and local authorities. The 2022 census lists these administrative areas: Garwula, Golakonneh, Porkpa, Commonwealth/Robertsport, Tewor and Gounwolaila.
