President Joseph Nyuma Boakai nominated Hawa Loleyah Norris as Superintendent of Bong County in 2024.

County administration

The superintendent coordinates county administration and works with district, city and local authorities as well as national ministries operating in Bong. The 2022 census lists twelve administrative districts: Fuamah, Jorquelleh, Yeallequelleh, Panta, Salala, Sanoyeah, Suakoko, Zota, Kokoyah, Tukpahblee, Boinsen and Kpaai.
